Born Jan 2005. Expected to mature 16.0 hh+. Chestnut gelding, 3 white socks & blaze. 

“Ernie” is an exceptional chestnut colt by Jaybee Alabaster, the 2003 Dressage with the Stars, ‘Champion of Champions’ and is out of our Arabian/WB mare, Dazzling Ellusions.  

Jaybee Alabaster has since gone on to be runner-up for the Pacific League of the World Cup for Dressage, both 2008 and 2009 and has been named on the Australian Elite Squad and long listed for the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky, USA,  2010. He was also named NSW Grand Prix Horse of the Year.

Ernie was born nearly 3 weeks early, with very little warning (Ellie really likes to surprise us) but he was a very strong foal and was drinking and galloping around within an hour of the birth.  

He can REALLY move and he has the most breathtakingly amazing extension I have seen. He is naturally engaged and shows impressive piaffe and passage just for the fun of it! He has a ton of presence which combined with his amazing movement is going to make him a big winner in the show ring or dressage arena. 

His temperament is gentle and very intelligent (like his Mum and Dad) and he responds very well to being shown what to do and then given time to think about it. He has unlimited potential and I have no doubt he will go all the way to the top for a talented rider.
