Born Feb 2007.   Expected to mature 16.0-16.1hh. Bay Gelding, white sock and blaze. 

 “Rocky” is the full brother to the chestnut colt ‘Reflections’, out of the Arab/WB mare Dazzling Ellusions and by the imported stallion “Rituel”.  Reflections is out competing under saddle and performing very well. 

Rocky was an exquisite foal, who showed hugely expressive uphill strides right from day one. He had a very easy birth (as is usual for Ellie) and was an energetic foal who was on his feet and drinking within 15 minutes. 

He has an excellent, trainable temperament that made all of his early handling and training just so easy and rewarding.  

He has grown into a compact type of 3yo, with an excellent length of rein, but still has a lot of physical maturing to do. He has excellent uphill movement with rhythmic, active strides that show superb freedom through the shoulder. He is an intelligent, responsive youngster who will make an excellent competition horse in any discipline - for the rider who prefers their horse in a smaller package.
