“Elle” is our foundation mare and is half-sister to Bug, by Aloha Bobby Dazzler and out of a Ludendorf mare. She was in pretty ordinary condition and lame from the kick that ended her show career when I first saw her but her quality and presence were still obvious and I just had to buy her. She slowly recovered from her injury and her athletic floating paces have returned and what’s even better she passes them on to every one of her foals!  

She is athletic and flamboyant, with an easy grace about her that makes her appear to hardly touch the ground as she moves. She is intelligent, confident and easy to handle – she exemplifies the ideal of the Arab/ Warmblood cross.
